Go by Bus
The bus is a great way to get from Gosport to nearby towns and villages and with increased fuel costs, using the bus can be a very attractive and easy alternative to driving. Gosport is served by a number of routes, connecting Gosport with Lee-on-the-Solent, Stubbington, Hill Head, and with particularly good connections to Fareham. Around 20,000 people commute out of Gosport every day, which is a major cause of congestion on the A32. A bus can carry as many passengers as 30 cars, If just a small proportion of drivers travelled by bus, congestion would improve markedly and reduce journey times for everyone.
